1. Éditeur et objet
« Dar Lcarta » (دار الكارطة) est une application de jeux de cartes (Touti, Belote, Ronda marocaine) éditée par ComandTech. Contact : contact@comandtech.com. Les présentes conditions encadrent l'utilisation de l'application sur iOS et Android. En l'utilisant, vous les acceptez.
2. Accès et compte
L'application est gratuite et ne demande ni inscription, ni adresse e‑mail, ni mot de passe. Pour le jeu en ligne, une connexion anonyme est créée automatiquement. Vous choisissez un pseudo, visible des autres joueurs de votre salon.
3. Jeu gratuit, pièces et récompenses virtuelles
Les pièces, indices, rangs, thèmes et dos de cartes sont des éléments virtuels sans aucune valeur monétaire : ils ne peuvent être ni échangés, ni vendus, ni remboursés. Ils sont obtenus en jouant ou en regardant des vidéos publicitaires facultatives. Dar Lcarta n'est pas un jeu d'argent : aucun gain réel n'est possible.
4. Publicités
L'application est financée par la publicité (Google AdMob) : une annonce plein écran peut s'afficher à la fin d'une partie, et des vidéos récompensées facultatives vous permettent de doubler une récompense ou d'obtenir un indice. Voir la politique de confidentialité pour les données concernées et la gestion de votre consentement.
5. Comportement en ligne
Vous vous engagez à utiliser un pseudo respectueux (ni injurieux, ni haineux, ni usurpant l'identité d'autrui), à ne pas tricher, perturber le service ou tenter d'accéder aux données d'autres joueurs. Nous pouvons supprimer un salon ou restreindre l'accès en cas d'abus.
6. Propriété intellectuelle
L'application, ses textes, illustrations, personnages, sons et son code sont protégés. Toute copie ou réutilisation sans autorisation écrite est interdite. Les règles des jeux de cartes traditionnels appartiennent à tous. Les noms et marques cités appartiennent à leurs propriétaires.
7. Disponibilité et responsabilité
L'application est fournie « en l'état ». Nous faisons de notre mieux pour qu'elle fonctionne, mais ne garantissons pas une disponibilité continue (notamment du jeu en ligne) ni l'absence d'erreur. Dans les limites permises par la loi, ComandTech n'est pas responsable des dommages indirects liés à l'usage de l'application. Vos droits de consommateur impératifs restent inchangés.
8. Évolution du service et des conditions
Nous pouvons faire évoluer l'application ainsi que ces conditions ; la date de mise à jour figure en haut de cette page. La poursuite de l'utilisation vaut acceptation. Si des achats intégrés sont proposés à l'avenir, leurs conditions s'afficheront avant tout paiement et seront soumises aux règles de l'App Store ou de Google Play.
9. Droit applicable et contact

1. الناشر والموضوع
«دار الكارطة» تطبيق ألعاب ورق (توتي، بلوت، الروندة المغربية) تنشره شركة ComandTech. للتواصل: contact@comandtech.com. تنظم هذه الشروط استعمال التطبيق على iOS وAndroid، وباستعمالك له فأنت توافق عليها.
2. الاستعمال والحساب
التطبيق مجاني ولا يطلب تسجيلاً ولا بريداً إلكترونياً ولا كلمة سر. للعب عبر الإنترنت يُنشأ اتصال مجهول تلقائياً. تختار اسماً مستعاراً يظهر للاعبين الآخرين في غرفتك.
3. اللعب المجاني والعملات الافتراضية
العملات والتلميحات والرتب والطاولات وظهور الأوراق عناصر افتراضية بلا أي قيمة مالية، لا يمكن تبديلها ولا بيعها ولا استرجاعها. تُكتسب باللعب أو بمشاهدة فيديوهات إعلانية اختيارية. «دار الكارطة» ليست لعبة مال، ولا يمكن ربح أي مبلغ حقيقي.
4. الإعلانات
التطبيق ممول بالإعلانات (Google AdMob): قد يظهر إعلان بملء الشاشة في نهاية المباراة، كما تتوفر فيديوهات بمكافأة اختيارية لمضاعفة مكافأة أو للحصول على تلميح. انظر سياسة الخصوصية لمعرفة البيانات المعنية وكيفية إدارة موافقتك.
5. السلوك عبر الإنترنت
تلتزم باستعمال اسم محترم (بدون سب أو كراهية أو انتحال هوية)، وبعدم الغش أو تعطيل الخدمة أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات لاعبين آخرين. يحق لنا حذف غرفة أو تقييد الدخول عند التجاوز.
6. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق ونصوصه ورسومه وشخصياته وأصواته وبرمجته محمية، ويمنع نسخها أو إعادة استعمالها بدون إذن كتابي. قواعد ألعاب الورق التقليدية ملك للجميع.
7. التوفر والمسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». نبذل جهدنا ليشتغل جيداً لكننا لا نضمن توفره باستمرار (خصوصاً اللعب عبر الإنترنت) ولا خلوه من الأخطاء. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل ComandTech الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استعماله. وتبقى حقوقك الإلزامية كمستهلك قائمة.
8. تطور الخدمة والشروط
قد نطوّر التطبيق وهذه الشروط، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة. ومتابعة الاستعمال تعني القبول. وإن أضفنا مشتريات داخل التطبيق مستقبلاً فستظهر شروطها قبل أي دفع وتخضع لقواعد App Store أو Google Play.
9. القانون المطبق والتواصل

1. Publisher and scope
“Dar Lcarta” (دار الكارطة) is a card-game app (Touti, Belote, Moroccan Ronda) published by ComandTech. Contact: contact@comandtech.com. These terms govern use of the app on iOS and Android. By using it you accept them.
2. Access and account
The app is free and requires no registration, e-mail address or password. For online play an anonymous sign-in is created automatically. You choose a nickname, visible to other players in your room.
3. Free play, virtual coins and rewards
Coins, hints, ranks, table themes and card backs are virtual items with no monetary value: they cannot be exchanged, sold or refunded. They are earned by playing or by watching optional video ads. Dar Lcarta is not a gambling game: no real-money winnings are possible.
4. Advertising
The app is supported by advertising (Google AdMob): a full-screen ad may appear at the end of a game, and optional rewarded videos let you double a reward or get a hint. See the Privacy Policy for the data involved and how to manage your consent.
5. Online conduct
You agree to use a respectful nickname (no insults, hate or impersonation), not to cheat, disrupt the service or try to access other players' data. We may delete a room or restrict access in case of abuse.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its texts, artwork, characters, sounds and code are protected. Copying or reuse without written permission is prohibited. The rules of traditional card games belong to everyone.
7. Availability and liability
The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working but do not guarantee continuous availability (notably online play) or an error-free experience. To the extent permitted by law, ComandTech is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms; the update date is shown above. Continued use means acceptance. If in-app purchases are offered in the future, their terms will be shown before any payment and are subject to App Store or Google Play rules.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions or complaints: contact@comandtech.com.
