Données stockées sur votre appareil
Votre progression (rang, XP, pièces, indices, thèmes débloqués, préférences de langue, son et vibrations) est enregistrée localement. Elle est supprimée si vous désinstallez l'application.
Jeu en ligne (Google Firebase)
Pour les salons privés, l'application utilise Firebase Authentication (connexion anonyme) et Cloud Firestore. Sont traités : un identifiant technique anonyme, votre pseudo, le code du salon et l'état de la partie (cartes, scores, coups) le temps de la partie. Les salons inactifs sont abandonnés. Ces données ne servent qu'à faire fonctionner le jeu en ligne.
Publicités (Google AdMob)
Des annonces plein écran (à la fin d'une partie) et des vidéos récompensées facultatives sont proposées via Google AdMob. Google peut collecter et utiliser des identifiants (identifiant publicitaire de l'appareil, adresse IP, données d'usage et techniques) pour diffuser et mesurer les annonces. Sur iOS, le suivi publicitaire n'a lieu qu'avec votre autorisation (App Tracking Transparency). Dans l'Espace économique européen, au Royaume-Uni et en Suisse, un formulaire de consentement s'affiche au premier lancement ; vous pouvez le modifier à tout moment depuis la boutique de l'application (« Options de confidentialité »). Achats
Aucun achat intégré n'est proposé actuellement. Si cela change, les paiements seront traités par Apple ou Google ; nous ne recevons aucune donnée bancaire.
Partage et conservation
Nous ne vendons pas vos données. Elles sont partagées uniquement avec nos prestataires techniques (Google Firebase, Google AdMob) pour les finalités ci-dessus. Les données de jeu en ligne sont conservées le temps nécessaire au fonctionnement du service.
Enfants
L'application est un jeu familial tout public ; elle n'est pas destinée à collecter sciemment des données d'enfants de moins de 13 ans. Les parents peuvent désactiver le suivi publicitaire dans les réglages de l'appareil.
Vos droits
Vous pouvez demander l'accès, la rectification ou la suppression des données vous concernant (notamment pseudo et données de salon en ligne) en écrivant à contact@comandtech.com. Les données locales se suppriment en désinstallant l'application.
Modifications
Cette politique peut évoluer ; la date de mise à jour figure en haut de la page.

البيانات المخزنة على جهازك
يُحفظ تقدمك (الرتبة، النقاط، العملات، التلميحات، العناصر المفتوحة، تفضيلات اللغة والصوت والاهتزاز) محلياً، ويُحذف بحذف التطبيق.
اللعب عبر الإنترنت (Google Firebase)
للغرف الخاصة يستعمل التطبيق Firebase Authentication (اتصال مجهول) وCloud Firestore. تُعالَج: هوية تقنية مجهولة، اسمك المستعار، رمز الغرفة وحالة اللعبة (الأوراق، النقط، الحركات) طوال المباراة. تُترك الغرف غير النشطة. لا تُستعمل هذه البيانات إلا لتشغيل اللعب عبر الإنترنت.
الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
تُعرض إعلانات بملء الشاشة (في نهاية المباراة) وفيديوهات بمكافأة اختيارية عبر Google AdMob. قد تجمع Google معرفات (معرّف الإعلانات في الجهاز، عنوان IP، بيانات الاستعمال والبيانات التقنية) لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها. على iOS لا يتم التتبع الإعلاني إلا بإذنك (App Tracking Transparency). في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية وبريطانيا وسويسرا تظهر استمارة موافقة عند أول تشغيل، ويمكنك تعديلها في أي وقت من متجر التطبيق («خيارات الخصوصية»). كما يمكنك الحد من التخصيص من إعدادات جهازك. للمزيد: سياسة Google.
المشتريات
لا توجد حالياً مشتريات داخل التطبيق. وإن أُضيفت فستعالج Apple أو Google الدفع ولا نتوصل بأي بيانات بنكية.
المشاركة والاحتفاظ
لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزودينا التقنيين (Google Firebase وGoogle AdMob) للأغراض أعلاه. تُحفظ بيانات اللعب عبر الإنترنت بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة.
الأطفال
التطبيق لعبة عائلية للجميع، وليس موجهاً لجمع بيانات أطفال دون 13 سنة عن علم. يمكن للآباء تعطيل التتبع الإعلاني من إعدادات الجهاز.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها (خاصة الاسم المستعار وبيانات الغرف) بمراسلتنا على contact@comandtech.com. وتُحذف البيانات المحلية بحذف التطبيق.
التعديلات
قد تتغير هذه السياسة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.
Privacy Policy

Controller: ComandTech – contact@comandtech.com. We collect as little data as possible: no account, no e-mail, no location, no access to contacts or photos.
Data stored on your device
Your progress (rank, XP, coins, hints, unlocked items, language, sound and haptics preferences) is stored locally and removed when you uninstall the app.
Online play (Google Firebase)
For private rooms the app uses Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) and Cloud Firestore. Processed data: an anonymous technical ID, your nickname, the room code and the game state (cards, scores, moves) for the duration of the game. Inactive rooms are abandoned. This data is used only to run online play.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Full-screen ads (at the end of a game) and optional rewarded videos are served by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use identifiers (device advertising ID, IP address, usage and technical data) to serve and measure ads. On iOS, ad tracking happens only with your permission (App Tracking Transparency). In the EEA, UK and Switzerland a consent form is shown at first launch; you can change your choice at any time from the in-app shop (“Privacy options”). You can also limit personalization in your device settings. More information: Google's policy.
Purchases
No in-app purchases are currently offered. If this changes, payments will be processed by Apple or Google; we receive no payment card data.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our technical providers (Google Firebase, Google AdMob) for the purposes above. Online-play data is kept only as long as needed to run the service.
Children
The app is a general-audience family game and is not designed to knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents can disable ad tracking in device settings.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data (notably nickname and online-room data) by writing to contact@comandtech.com. Local data is removed by uninstalling the app.
